Neuro
Welcome, guest. If you have the tracklisting for this set we'd very much like it if that's possible... I'm pretty sure it's not on the main website. it might also help those of us with tapes and stuff at home able to ID what set it is more easily for you. Would be grateful if you could register (link is at the top of the page) as well, it only takes a few seconds and is instant so you can begin posting again. Cheers! FuzzY-LogiC
OK, this is a funny one... I actually have this set in quite alright quality (every now & then it degrades, but not very often). I'll put it online in the JJ Audio section after i have posted this. The funny thing is that my version starts _before_ the tracklist i have, which i found years ago on some other website. It starts 3 tracks before Storm - Storm, and unfortunately there is a cut just before Three Drives - 'Sunset On Ibiza' where it cuts to Push - 'Strange World', so i have no way of verifying the track in between. EDIT: new version of the set is recovered from the ashes. The recording have no cuts, but instead it misses the start :| Last track is btw. not Dumonde, but this baby here: [21] [101:03] Yves Deruyter - 'Factor Y [Talla 2XLC Remix]' [bonzai] the 3 tracks in the beginning (before your TL begins): ID DJ Elite - 'That Fuct Camera' [white label] ID and the rest: (01) (000:00) Storm - 'Storm' (Housetrap Mix) (02) (002:46) Maurice - 'Feline' (03) (008:50) Yves Deruyter - 'Back To Earth' (Rave Mix) (04) (013:11) ID (05) (016:47) Hi-Gate - 'Caned & Unable' (06) (021:55) ID (07) (026:13) Mauro Picotto - 'Baguette' (08) (031:59) Nigel Gee - 'Hootin Harry' (Ariel Factory Paradise Mix) (09) (036:32) DJ Misjah & Tim - 'Keep Your Love' (10) (041:20) Advent - 'Sketch' [white label] (11) (043:43) Joshua Ryan - 'Pistolwhip' (Original) (12) (050:33) David Forbes - 'Questions Must Be Asked' (Kayestone Remix) (13) (056:24) Musix - 'Is This The Way I Feel' (14) (061:42) The Green Martian - 'Industry' (15) (067:30) Angelic - 'Cant Keep Me Silent' (16) (074:41) Three Drives - 'Sunset On Ibiza' (17) (080:04) Red Alien Feat. Afrika Islam - 'Red Alien' (Zulu Mix) (18) (085:59) Warrior - 'Warrior' (Hooligan Remix) (19) (090:39) Riva - 'Stringer' (Original) (20) (094:38) Push - 'Strange World' (2000 Remake) (21) (101:03) Yves Deruyter - 'Factor Y (Talla 2XLC Remix)' [bonzai] I remembered track 10 also is played in the 'Sankey's Soap' set from November 2000 & cross checked it - it is indeed Advent - 'Sketch'. Traill: this set IS actually listed in the archive(see url below) , but with a very non-complete TL http://www.judgejulesarchive.co.uk/main/ra.../2000/12/29.htm Cheers good folks, and happy ID'ing.. would very much like to get a ID on that first "OK, Party people in the house...house, house, house!" Neuro
Traill: this set IS actually listed in the archive(see url below) , but with a very non-complete TL http://www.judgejulesarchive.co.uk/main/ra.../2000/12/29.htm No it's a different one in fact! The one in my archive is my version of the tracklisting for Jules' Friday night show from the studio - this must have been before he went off to Scotland and did that set which we're all talking about here! The BBC didn't publish a TL. So I'm guessing that this audio of the set live from Aberdeen is someone's recording, because I'm pretty sure it wasn't broadcast on Radio 1.... :? would very much like to get a ID on that first "OK, Party people in the house...house, house, house!" This was a white label simply entitled "People In Da House" - never released as far as I know but a couple of people have emailed me over the years asking if I have it... I don't, but Craig (agent munki on this board) I believe does - it's very rare! Superb work on the TL guys, nice one!
Stuart F
No, this set was definitely broadcast on Radio 1 as I am listening to it just now and it has Radio 1 voiceovers done by Chris Moyles plus Jules is speaking in it as well. Perhaps the date might be wrong?
Neuro
I'll fish out the MD I have of what I thought was the studio mix for that night and try and decipher whether that was the same date or not - I could have got this wrong. At least we have a tracklisting! Any ideas what time it was broadcast?
FuzzY-LogiC
hmm, very interesting indeed! Tim: looking forward to hear your verdict from the MD
Neuro
It now appears that 29th was indeed live from scotland, and not what I have put on the site. I am absolutely baffled as to what what date my MD is from. This is definitely the tracklisting because I caught the last 40 minutes: Friday night studio mix: 1. Push - 'Strange World' (2000 Remake) [inferno/Bonzai] 2. M.I.K.E. - 'Sunrise At Palamos' [big Fish/Bonzai] Judge Jules' Half-hour Mix 3. Sacroblast - 'Get Your Kit Off' [white label] 4. DJ Misjah & DJ Tim - 'Keep Your Love' [white label] 5. Cygnus X - 'Sea Of Orange' [white label] 6. Riva - 'Stringer (Who Do You Love Now?)' [FFRR] 7. David Forbes - 'Questions Must Be Asked' (Kayestone Mix) [serious] 8. Musix - 'It's The Way I Feel' [white label] It doesn't help that the pages for the tracklistings are still in the old web design (being changed this week as we speak) - but if it's any help, if my memory serves me correct it was the very first time Jules played 'Sunrise At Palamos' on Radio 1...........
