bigsteve
I've never done an Ibiza trip. Not sure if I'd be able to hack the pace of it, or the £Financial disaster that would strike :!:

bigsteve
you making a bit of money on the house move are u mate?U moving in with the missus?? Been living with her for 5 years now. She's a Glasgow lass and wants to move back. Neither of us have family in Yorks, so it does make sense. We bought this house at the right time and have made a healthy profit, but we have worked hard and bloody deserve a decent holiday.
Bjorn
good stuff mate, i thin ka lot of people have jumped on the bandwagon with investing in houses, but it snot paying off quite as much now, so u've done well!!! bigsteve
We're gonna rent for the first year while we look for something. Haven't got jobs there yet either! Talk about 2 feet in! Its hard to buy with the Scottish system - its all about sealed bids and having to survey evrything before bidding, as if you win, you are bound to buy it. Plus if ours fell through here, we would still have to buy up there if we won it. Crazy system
Bjorn
that is a bit mental oriental isn't it!!
bigsteve
Our worst nightmare was having to buy up there and having no buyer for this. Plus we both hate the jobs we're in and need to get out ASAP before we lose the plot. What course you on mate?

bigsteve
lol These disserts are never as bad as they look at first. Look at it in stages, break it down, and it seems more acheivable
