    YAWN!

There was simply no life in the dead person's E-Mix. Jules did mention that Deadmau5 had been on the road for a month without returning home so perhaps the mix was just very unprepared.
  2. I'll only buy that sub providing the chappy behind the counter serenades me with the Reggae Reggae song... so far none have left me doey eyed after a performance of the aforementioned musical number!
  3. My list: Home in London - When it was open, used to be a very good club. It's design and soundsystem was second to none, beating that of the system in MoS. The End in London - Very forward thinking musically, amazingly beautiful crowd who are actually clued up on their music and just wanna dance dance dance! Intimate venue and perfect sound levels. Best place in London for house bar none. The Arches in Glasgow - Absolutely nuts. Hands down the best place in the UK for overall atmosphere, a key element to any successful club night. Klub Protector in Poland - Polish equivalent to how 'Crasher used to be in it's hay day. Unreal women and the crowd are very receptive. Perfect DJ booth and club decor plus a slammin' soundsystem! Pacha in Ibiza - Beautiful house music all night long... say no more!!! ADE in Amsterdam - OK, not really a club, but as an event, it's brilliant. Daytime is for the business and the nighttime parties ARE the business! The Dutch are proud of their dance industry and graciously want you to feel the same which results in one thing... some kickass parties and hazy memories... happy times!!!
  4. Quite a few curries now contain baked beans apparently - it speeds up the cooking process for a 'cook-fast' curry! Personally I'd take with me homegrown veg as it's free and spend a fiver on a really good fillet o' fish!
  5. I very much doubt they've got the rights to any of the IDJ releases since a lot of them are 10 years or older.
  6. I don't think they're MoS anymore purely on their lack of recent output but you never quite know in this game. They're still registered at a west London office and not in MoS HQ in south east London, which is where all the MoS labels seem to be based.
  7. No-one's driving enough Hummers, its all the damn Prius drivers who are to blame for the weather. Seriously, other than the ridiculous price of petrol, please drive cars with as few MPG as possible then we might see some sun!!! Clarkson for PM!!!
  8. I heard Incentive were looking to make a comeback too... Would be a good coup if they brought this out as their first revival release. With luck the label will be under new management.
  9. Which label is it registered to? If it's a Koch release, it'll be US territories only. Maelstrom on the other hand should be available in the UK 100%! It might be, however, in Jules' contract that the individual track may not be sold separately from any compilation it's licensed to which is probably the case here.
  10. Pet hates right now - Dance music politics; absolutely no need for it whatsoever, the fact it just won't stop raining (there's a nice leak in my kitchen ceiling, the constant dripping of water keeping me awake all night) and feeling generally disillusioned.
  11. I get the sense the show was more of a case of The Hits presenting Jules with a list of all the dance vids they've got for the last 10-15 years or so and Jules simply re-ordering it and recording links to camera. Sadly some amazing Ibiza anthems never made it to the video stage being the nature of dance music records.
  12. www.simplyprinting.com - if you get in touch with Kerry and say I gave you his site, I'm sure he'll be able to sort, plus it's a 24 Hr turn around.
  13. Jase, could you do the do and record the episode that was t/x on Sat pls?!?! =o)

  15. its amazing how many people achieve uni degrees based upon the not entirely accurate Wiki...
  16. Nah - Dave's happily married and lives in Brighton.
  17. 'kick ya like tire, rock ya like fire, let it roll like a mac truck tire, attack the dancefloor like a bulldozer, thats what i got in store, move over' - Inferno by Soulvaki circa 1996!
  18. ah you're a legend, Sir! thank you. will you be able to record the other shows too?!?! ;oP
  19. Thanks man, I guess try to record it at it's highest quality as it's mos def a collection for the archives. The R2 play again function seems to be a fairly good standard, presumably for hard of hearing R2 listeners!!!
  20. Under-produced US urban music is quite suitable too... the Soljia boy type fare. You could also simply leave a Flip n Fill CD running or check out the dancefloor fillers t/l archives on Scott Mills' page =oP
  21. Hello, This is a plea to the tech-heads amongst you. I was wondering if anyone could successfully rip/hijack the audio from the BBC Radio 2 website? They're currently doing a series of broadcasts about the history of UK dance music, hosted by Zoe Ball. The first show was last Saturday and there was a special on acid house last night with Chris Coco. I think it's essential listening for us lot and I'm sure we'd all appreciate someone being able to archive these shows. Thanks in advance folks!
  22. I know I know!!! I'll try and get a t/l up soon!!! I'm having sketchy memories of the night it was recorded as it is!!! =oP
  23. No T/L ^ read original statement. Just enjoy the music yeah?!!?
