Hi all, Thought I'd post this short promo mix I put together earlier on today which is a little different to my usual house/trance style. I made it to accompany me musically on my upcoming holiday to Australia over Xmas & New Year so I was aiming for a summery vibe with this one (which, let's face it, we could all do with experiencing this time of year lol!) Ah not to worry, I guess you can't please everyone That Dark Xmas tune is one of those which shouldn't work but it does. I'm surprised how much I actually like it, must be the time of year! The Backroom 2 have also been top notch the past few weeks, really loving that feature at the moment

I think Jules records his R1 show sometimes on a Thursday so if he emailed you yesterday, he may have already recorded this week's show before checking out your tunes? I'd definately tune in to next week's show to see if he spins them then. Best of luck with that!

Really pleased he spun my Bond bootleg Good to see that he also played my buddy Paul Maffia's mashup in the mix as well Quite liked the Dark Xmas track too, definately made me smile & chuckle a bit!

Well done Simon, great job mate! I also passed first time 4 years ago & was well pleased at the time as you can imagine. An ambulance raced up behind me on my test & I pulled over safely to let it past which I think earned me big points with the examiner. Little did I know then that a lot of my cash would soon start to disappear due to driving

I normally do a line on the lottery for each Wed & Sat, always using the same numbers week in, week out. The problem is I daren't not do it now as I'm afraid the one time I don't use my numbers, that will be the time they get drawn (sod's law!) I remember a story in the paper a couple of years ago where a woman had asked her hubby to get that weekend's Lotto ticket & later in the day she discovered her numbers had come up. She then rang her other half to tell him the good news & it turned out he had been in the pub all afternoon & forgot to buy the ticket! I would have been sick to say the least :rubbish:

I've also noticed the sound goes off for a bit after Madagascar (about 1hr 12 mins in) After that I can just make out my bootleg Big Cause, followed by Marc Marberg & Kyau vs Albert - Orange Bill (Stoneface & Terminal Remix), then silence again. Hope this helps towards the tracklisting at least

My favourite tipple at the moment is Absolut vodka. My missus & I had a bottle to ourselves mixed with Sprite/Cola/Fanta at Judgement Sunday VIP in Ibiza earlier this year & I've never looked back since. We were both very worse for wear the day after but hey, well worth it! Either that or it's Corona for the not quite as wild nights out Not had Stella for ages. Last time I was feeling pretty tipsy after only 3 pints of it!

I reckon he will probably do something like cut a corner on the very last bend & get docked about 20 points or so Seriously though, it would be cool if a British driver finally won the F1 title after all these years

Cheers mate! This one's another bootleg from myself called Big Cause, as it uses Donald Glaude - Big & Markus Schulz - Cause You Know. I really don't know where Jules got the name Waaa from though, unless he got mine & another tune's names mixed up!

Yep mate, had a quick chat with him just before his set started then he passed it to me shortly after. Jules also played my Superstition Break bootleg later on so a great night all round!

I saw Jules play at the Syndicate, Blackpool a couple of Saturdays ago & he passed me one of the t-shirts for free. (the black one with the magic eye style design) Was really pleased as I liked that design & it also fit perfectly!

It was the Klaas remix of Infinity that Jules played on the show. I've heard it's getting a full release on Maelstrom & the Klaas remix will have a vocal on it. (Doesn't need a vocal imo, great track as it is) The Jakatta remix is by Myon & Shane 54 :thumbsup:

This tune is excellent mate, real good effort there! I really enjoyed the break most of all & the track will be getting my support for sure. Cheers again! :thumbsup:
