Yeah the next night I put them in before I even entered the club and I have to say I didn't even know I was wearing them until I was out of the club speaking to people. Wish I'd bought them years ago.

My friends were sticking their heads actually into the speakers most of the night, something I think they regretted by the next morning!!

I don't go out without mine now. If they are inserted correctly I can hear much better as they cut out a lot of noise. Also helps if you don't stand beside speakers.

The last number of times I have listen to his show I have thought it has been terrible. I thought I'd never say this, but I think it is time for him to go at radio 1.

I think they may have done - but they can't now simply because of the mess the current idiots have left us in.

I don't think they would ever have reduced fuel tax as it's such a big earner for any government and money for doing nothing. It was also the Conservatives who introduced the current system of fuel taxation in 1993.

He was poor at the last world cup, but he would have been valuable at this one. Him and Crouch coming off the bench with 25 minutes to go is just what England need.

We'll miss Beckham - and Crouch certainly will.

He could still cross a ball and hit a free kick but he was past his best a few seasons ago. His legs are gone. He was still competitive in the Italian league but football there is played at a slower pace and is less physical. He was also no better than average in any of the England matches I watched and when he did play it was against weaker teams.
