FuzzY-LogiC Posted October 19, 2007 Posted October 19, 2007 (edited) It aint Gung-Ho... but this track 26 sounds SO familiar... if i remember correctly, the speak is done by Jim Morrison form The Doors. Hm, that remix of 'Caater - Hold That Sucker Down' sounds very much like the 'Extended Mix', but not precisely enough... Edited October 19, 2007 by FuzzY-LogiC Quote

The "Hold That Sucker Down" bootleg is fantastic though isnt it? very funky and very, very chunky. Me like that one. Also, this is officially my current favourite Saturday Night Hot Mix. FuzzY-LogiC Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 indeed! 'U Sucka!' really does it for me... perfect funky blend between O.T. Quartet and Caaters version of 'Hold That Sucker Down'.. top tune! It took me ages to figure out the version Jules play at his Live Essential Mix from Gods Kitchen meets Slinky at Milton Keynes form 2000. It's so break'ish and nice that i instantly fell in love with it.. oh, and what a absolutely brilliant mix into 'Silence' it is! Quote
Neuro Posted June 17, 2010 Author Posted June 17, 2010 Thought I'd bump this, not only because I recorded this in awesome quality but also because the last track is now added to our infamous list of tracks that've never been ID'd - as per the entry here. Quote
Chewbs Posted November 6, 2010 Posted November 6, 2010 A lovely little mix this...driving home late, empty roads....atmosphere.... Quote
milkybarkid Posted November 6, 2010 Posted November 6, 2010 Great bump. I'd never seen this. Excellent wee mix. Love 'Near Me'. Jules has it pitched up to the max as usual! By the way, is that 'U Sucka' definately F1? Sound like Knuckleheadz to me, but that's just a guess. It's definitely a Knuckleheadz beat. Quote
