dj9928
Cheers for the show, downloaded an listening now, Surely a golden era for Jules I have to agree, it is an excellent set, when Jules was at his best. I love this live broadcasts and hearing the crowd, and in this set have a listen to Orion - Eternity, just leading into the breakdown we have a Geordie in action shouting the following. "Newcastle" "Newcastle" Wow..... Newcastle Then some female says something, they guy replies. "Who me? No I'm queer" Have a listen

lyndon
And one month later the placed was closed, they never had music there again! what a terrible shame. we have a Geordie in action shouting the following. "Newcastle" "Newcastle" Wow..... Newcastle Then some female says something, they guy replies. "Who me? No I'm queer" Have a listen Ha! That's hilarious, I'm gonna download this one just for that!!! As it goes I remember this one being on the radio and it was bloody amazing, you could sense the atmosphere even through a small player on my kitchen windowsill!!! i think she sounds like she's calling him 'smithy' and then he says 'i ain't queer' or something along those lines! haha! i wonder where all those people are now and if they still go out, frightening that this was over 11 years ago now. just not the same anymore. and by the way, listen during quo vadis - sonic boom at 1:16:15 in. whatever happened there i don't know, the beauty of vinyl! and the crowds reaction is comical too!
