Jules with earplugs & in ear dj monitors

I didn't use my earplugs today, but I'm not sure if I would have liked it. My ears are rigning now, but thats from being in so many loud pubs for 11 hours.

iv only really suffered with the ringing ears syndrome after iv been to clubs with excessive levels and once after i dj'd and had the booth monitors cranked up a bit.

The worst memory iv had for ringing ears was going to syndicate nightclub, blackpool in the earlier days of it, about 2004 or something when they had the better overhead sound system and huge bass bins, i came out of there at 4am, and had ringing ears all the way through the night and couldnt sleep cos of it, and still had it slightly in the morning when woke up.

this is probably why they had to get the sound system changed to levels that wasnt classed as damaging, but it was classed as the best sound system in the country before the change.
