  1. Just stumbled across this remix - I love the original which I already have plus a PvD mix but this PvD one is different. There's a wonderful breakdown at about 4:30 which everyone should check out And the year is 1998!
  2. Let's hope there are! Once they're digitized you're much more likely to listen to them too That era is gold dust by the way, I think I speak for everyone on here in that we'd love to hear those tapes.
  3. You have already posted on here now so you shouldn't get that error message anymore preventing you downloading Welcome sir!
  4. I'm not a huge Star Trek fan but I thought this was excellent and must share.
  5. Thank you sir for more fresh audio! I give you a medieval coin as my donation - I trust this is acceptable to you.
  6. This track is absolutely outstanding! Would love to know the ID of this segment of trance, do update me Craig sir if you find out.
  7. I think this is wonderful news! I have heard from so many sources (except Chelsea fans) that there are many other unsavoury off-pitch stories involving him, just that the media haven't got hold of them. Whilst a superb defender, he is pre-empting the guilty verdict by the FA tomorrow, methinks! Thoughts?
  8. Didn't think much of that Clubmasterz track but otherwise a sterling mix all round - really really tight mixing for vinyl. Another one of those "wish I had been there" feelings, listening back.
  9. Wonderful sir! More audio to download, I love coming back to this board after a break, so much to listen to. If it's one for the van next week I'll get the cue file too, thanks Sir Aza!!
  10. Nice sir and a good mix. What's the "import version" on Tomcraft, can't tell the diffference????
  11. Bevvies! English slang, short for beverages Jules sounds really passionate here. Somehow I don't think the same rings true today.
  12. I remember that Mudblood bootleg thingymajig. Have had a quick scan through - downloading sir! Thank you
  13. Copyright? Why was that? I know loads of people have mixes on there, what was their issue? Thanks for the mix by the way sir - I've got so much audio to catch up on, loads of downloading tonight!
  14. That's because everybody has been on holiday I expect! Myself included, me and the wife have just come back from Tunisia. It was wonderful. What's Jules's new hairdo then? Pic?
  15. We all know that Android phones have long and interesting names, but I bet you didn’t know how much Android smartphone names had in common with condoms. So Intercom.io helpfully put together this comparison list that will help you figure out the answer to the biting question, “Android or Condom?”
  16. Sir Steve, a long time since your last outing on here! Guard of honour.... Ben Gold and Will Holland are the quiet gems in this lineup, looks good sir!
  17. I've not read the criticism but I will start my own here with my honest opinion, which is exactly that, he has tried to cash in on the "sound" of the moment rather than stay true to his roots. That really annoys me, and the reason it has received such negative reaction is we and everybody worth his salt already knows that Ferry is THE pioneer of Trance, personally responsible for a lot of THAT special era in 1999... and this remix unfortunately will not be the gateway we hoped it might be to tempt the average young Justin Bieber listener to delve deeper into his musical consciousness and experience just for once - shall we say - the 'less commerical' side of dance music for a change. I wouldn't say I'm stuck in the past, although I admit love Ferry's mastermixes and tracks/remixes from the past, but how can you even like this stuff? How? It's so frustrating for a dance music lover, (or "EDM" as the Americans call it ), so frustrating...
  18. Not sure what to say about this. Terrible :wall: MixMag states that after receiving "a strong and largely uncomplimentary reaction from his following", Corsten defended his decision with the following reply: Here it is. I can't see anybody on here rushing to put it in their next mix!: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kSb-9LyPrsk
  19. I actually nearly melted in the first breakdown of this. Reminds me of the old Signum stuff in '99, that kind of brilliant looping riff you can't get away from.
  20. I feel honoured to be the first to reply to this. Thanks for the memories, Jules. You frustrated and delighted in equal measure but we wouldn't have it any other way. And if it wasn't for your shows I would never have discovered dance music. Thank you! Also good to see another yet another member of this board get his work played. And on the last show too, congrats @thirddrive
  21. Sir, do let us know. I've always wanted to hear the rest of this set.
  22. I hope the admin sirs have archived all that, could contain a gem of a snippet on one of those tapes.

Agreed, I'd buy it. I have only followed him from his late Kiss FM days and then R1. Would love to hear stories about what he was doing in the 80s and early 90s.... probably just "graft" and a great deal of fun along the way, as they say
  24. There was a track in 2000 he played which sounded a bit like that... Reysan Khan - She-do 2000 I think it was the Mark Shimmon remix
