How often do people wipe there laptops clean and start it fresh,i have a mac 2 years now and seems to be nearly full already saved over 15GIGS but starting to slow down. so will or wont i wipe it and start again

I was listening to jules podcasts but found the quailty of them shit,so not any more i havent downloaded them in a long time. last podcast i downloaded was genix

At the min im listening to the sunrise festival mixed by judge jules and marcel woods and im really liken it some great tunes on it :thumbsup:

to be honest ableton is not that confusing,well maybe because im using it a few years now since live 6,once u get the hang of it its dead easy have a look on youtube aswell loads of vids on it to help i learned a lot of this lad on djing and also any problems on how to use it just drop him an email,thats what i used to do if i was stuck heres his site http://www.musicsoftwaretraining.com tons of stuff aswel on there

i sometimes use ableton for dj'ing and there 2 ways u can do it 1.get a good soundcard and a midi controller i use a novation nocturn and hook it up to your mixer and use the midi controller to for effects but if u had a good djm mixer u wouldnt really need a midi controller for effects http://www.novationmusic.com/products/midi_controller/nocturn 2.the other option for ableton is to get the akai apc 40 which is designed for ableton it automaps to all parameters so u dont need to map it to effects or to trigger of audio clips http://www.akaipro.com/apc40 i wouldnt no much on ther other stuff like traktor or serato hope this helps

we usually started in mambo or savannaghs because a friend of mine was workin as close protection security for all the big dj's so he used to get us the vip areas then we would head up the westend just for cheap drinks,i do a agree it is hard to walk 10yards without people bumping off ya or trying to drag you into the bars.

Fair play to you chrissie you are one in a million and i hope myself ill be still going back to ibiza many years down the line well i just taught id fill u's all in im finally back from ibiza and its always depressing to be home from the sun and of course ibiza. I had a great time and got to do what i always wanted to do and that was to do a gig (not one gig but two . I played in the westend in the vodka club down beside koppas and up the top of the westend VIVA. I went at the right time because a mate of mine one of his mates was working over there as close protection security for the big djs down at cafe mambo and savannagh so we got vip in there, met eric pyrdz in mambo and right up beside laidback luke in savannagh and met judge jules in savannagh. We were also VIP in judgement sundays met all the dancers who were sexy looking and also met maecel woods,judge jules and john o callaghan. It was the 1st time seeing john o callaghan live and he was brillient. SAD TO BE HOME

im staying in the don pepe apartments down beside cafe del mar and mambo one place i'v been to all the time is judgement sundays so not gona miss that,fatboy slim,pete tong and carl cox in space and not sure after that there the 2 main ones and ill just go where ever the wind takes me :mrgreen: looking forward to it i cant wait
