Exactly. A more realistic title for this thread is "If you were God for the day..." If governing a country was as simple as, lets face it, most people with an opinion make out, then why isn't the world perfect. Democracy is a funny thing. It baffles me to start with how people that don't vote feel they have a leg to stand on when critisising the government. It also baffles me how people go on about "career politicians" getting to the top with no real knowledge in their field. Who exactly is voting these people in then? The Polish? Slovakians? Britain as a people needs to look firmly at itself before it has a go at the very people trying to fix it in the most demanding circumstances possible. I don't f***ing blame the odd politician for ripping the arse out it, they don't all work in Briggsy's imaginary £300,000 per annum constituency. But if you think anyone else can do better, vote for them instead, just do the homework involved first.

Think all the ones I posted were between £50-80, can't really remember. I don't see that as much seeing as I wear them all the time. I'm a right proper women when it comes to shoes though, its as far as I take 'accessories' :pinkman:

I'd say people that have thousands of wild opinions and accusations with no real evidence are a bigger problem than the overly exaggerated 'problem' with foreigners. Also loving the 'I'm not a racist, but...' chat. Its not foreigners bleeding the country dry, its the f***ing born and bread scum with their 18 kids and no intention of ever getting a job that are the real problem. The way some of you are talking you think being a politician is the easiest best paid skive of a popularity contest in the world. Suppose it is if you believe 20p newspapers.

Was in the silent disco tent at T in the Park a couple years back, absolutley off my face, was amazing when I took the headphones off. Nowhere near as much fun without a good c**ktail of drink, drugs and a festival atmosphere. If it was I guess everyone would be doing it on the train with their ipods

I still don't understand how people in the UK constantly moan about the problems with UK festivals. Plain and simple, there's much better festivals no matter what you're into all over Europe, all year long, for a lot cheaper and a hell of a lot better produced. The cost to do it in britain along with all the red tape and s*** weather, as well as having to cater for everyone just to sell tickets, means you end up with massive average scummy expensive samey festivals years after year. And its only going to get worse, so do your self a favour, and book an Easyjet flight instead of a coach!

Argh.... First of all Briggsy, you seem to have lumbered all politicians on the one boat here. I'll give you one thing, you'd make a good editor of the Sun! Don't get me wrong, by no means are they perfect in the slightest, but the fact that as soon as anyone in government makes a mistake the public want them all lynched as soon as they get a whiff of a tabloid. f***ing does my head in. Its funny as f*** from the point of view that there's so many reactions of people who have been showed it on youtube. Folk getting their grans to watch it and things like that, makes some good viewing! The actual video itself is rotten, but hey, who am I to judge! Think anyone that has a serious opinion on it needs to get out more.
