lennox2s2s
Thanks for the memories...Out of interest what ever happened to Paul Masterson? He seemed to just disappear after him and Jules stopped producing together around 2003. The last I can recall from them was "VPL - 'It's Showtime'" Although around 2005 I think Paul released "Subway - Pulling for Two".

mitchmix99
How good is Sarah McLachlan - Sweet Surrender (DJ Tiesto Remix). Good set, not so sure about Mo-dem though...

lyndon
btw, what a start to the new year... Pearce smashes Phatt Bass with 147bpm  Yep! Imagine the outcry if a modern DJ today pitched anything up like that! Facebook rants of "it should be 128 not 130!!" etc. Tiesto's mix of Sweet Surrender is an amazing track. It's hard to comprehend the same DJ who made that is playing what he's playing now.

drtim
Not any more! Hahaha!! Listening to Pearce's mixing again shows you just how good Jules was, even in noisy, OB situations. Pearce always had a job keeping those beats matched!
rewop
Thanks for this. The ID in the Yomanda mix is DJ Bounce - Zebular or DJ Zebulon - Everybody Jump (Zebulon Mix). Heard Masterson play that one over a few years in the clubs, i used to ask him for some of the ID's after his set so i could go buy the records. He was always really sound. His sets were always really good. https://www.discogs.com/DJ-Bounce-Zebular/release/184298 https://www.discogs.com/DJ-Zebulon-Everybody-Jump/master/179795
