  1. Had to resubmit this....

Just to credit JasonB here for creating the skeleton tracklisting shown above, as you've done so often. Thank you!!

Also the following you said - very true!:

Heres what Ive come up with: [...tracklisting appeared here]

Again its strange, this time with jules starting off with a couple breakbeatey/hip hopy records and then ending with one, the rest of the set is all types of house, euro, acid, tribal, the lot , as many records as possible it seems to be of this time period with Jules!

  2. Ridiculous really. It's 8 years on and we're still raving about it... it's something that cannot be repeated!

For those listening for the first time to this stuff, it's kind of lost it's original significance, but surely one can still appreciate the sterling quality of music at this time, and this is what the Archives on this website are all about - making sure people don't forget, despite what they think of today's dance scene.

  3. Sorry I should have been clearer - this was not broadcast; Jules sent me it on CD a few years ago as he had asked someone to record his whole set from the decks directly. He wasn't too pleased when he found out only 30 minutes were recorded (and in dodgy quality) and felt it worth binning. I insisted he sent it anyway, and it's been lying on my PC for ages, so I put it up... if it helps bring back the slightest memory for people who actually went, it's done it's job! :)

Easter Sunday - 10 Years of Trance Classics - 'Back to the Future Tour'

    01. Starparty - 'I'm In Love' (Ferry Corsten & Robert Smit Remix) [Go For It!]

    02. Kristine Blond - 'Loveshy' (Electrique Boutique Remix) [Relentless]

    03. Lost Witness - 'Happiness Happening' (Lange Remix) [Data]

    04. DJ Tiesto vs. Lost Tribe - 'Suburban Gamemaster' [white]

    05. Aurora - 'Hear You Calling' (Dark Moon Remix) [Alphabet City]

    06. Humate - 'Love Stimulation' [Deviant]

No more of this recording survives of this set, which was apparently 4 hours long. If you have any audio we can merge with this, please let us know.

  5. Lange did do a remix of this track, but this is definitely the original bootleg using the 'Soulsearcher' vocals that Jules was spinning way before it got its full release in 2001.

I never did like the later Taka Boom vocals, I was used to hearing the bootleg version. A bit like when 'Tomcraft - Lonliness' got it's proper release and that had someone else singing the vocals, it really bugs me.

    God I'm sad.

I reckon its Soulsearcher vs. ??? - Just Can't Get Enough

Right. If you're correct about the vocals then, this must be a bootleg pressing that preceded what eventually became officially released as the Eye To Eye track (feat Taka Boom)

This is a bit like the situation a few years ago with a bootleg that was flying around in 2003/4 of U2's "With Or Without You", which had Whitney Houston vocals flung on the top - later it came out as LMC vs U2 - Take Me To The Clouds Above, I think it was Rachel McFarlane who re-did the vocals but it never quite captured the original magic of the original bootleg.
